Ibiza – relax near the beach at Cala Llenya

In a quiet location on the east coast of Ibiza there are three apartments in our apartment house Casa Suerte. The detached house in typical Ibizan style is situated at the end of a road on a plot of land of about 1000 m², surrounded by an olive grove and a meadow with goats and sheep. After a walk through the forest you can reach the fine sandy beach Cala Llenya, which is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Ibiza, in 8 to 10 minutes by foot. Pleasant is not only the immediate proximity to the sea and beach, but also the short distances to the next restaurant (200 m) and grocery stores (1 km). Between the airport and the apartment close to the beach you should plan a distance of about 32 km. Our guests, some of whom have been here for many years, appreciate the holiday at the nature reserve and the beach-near location of our apartments in the Ibizan style. Since all apartments have gas and fireplace stoves, they are also very popular in winter.

Casa Suerte apartment 1 – for 1 – 5 persons

Our apartment 1, which is close to the beach, is comfortably furnished, has a living area of approx. 80 m² and is suitable for up to 5 persons. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a living room with adjoining open kitchen and a terrace with a comfortable sitting area. Further equipment includes a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, SAT-TV, safe, wood-burning stove and gas heating, so that the apartment can be rented also in winter. In addition, all guests of the house can use the garden terrace and the large roof terrace – an ideal place for sunbathing and yoga groups. Parking spaces are available at the house.

Casa Suerte apartment 2 – for 1 – 5 persons

Our apartment 2, which is close to the beach, is comfortably furnished, has a living area of approx. 80 m² and is suitable for 5 persons. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a living room with adjoining open kitchen and a terrace with a comfortable sitting area. Further equipment includes a dishwasher, SAT-TV, wood-burning stove and gas heating, so that the apartment can also be rented in winter.
In addition, all guests of the house can use the garden terrace and the large roof terrace – an ideal place for sunbathing or for yoga groups.

Casa Suerte apartment 3 – for 1 – 4 persons

Apartment Casa Suerte 3 with a living space of approx. 70 m² is situated like a penthouse on the upper floor and has a secluded roof terrace with a view over the nature reserve to the sea. It has a bedroom, a shower-bath en suite, a living room with a cosy fireplace as well as a small, fully equipped kitchen and a furnished terrace. As a sleeping possibility for the 3rd and 4th person there is an extendable sofa bed available. Further equipment includes a dishwasher, washing machine, safe, SAT-TV and gas ovens, so that the apartment can be rented also in winter.
In addition, all guests of the house can use the large roof terrace, an ideal place to relax during yoga. Parking spaces are available at the house.
